Kuen Bong Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

- Contact forms (Contact page and home page): name, email, phone, subject and message. A copy of your message is emailed back to you.
- Information you give when contacting us by phone, fax or email, such as company name, position and products of interest.

- IP address, browser and device type, date/time of access, pages viewed and referring site (server logs)
- Data from cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Cookie Policy
We do not intend to collect sensitive personal data (e.g. health, religion, political opinions, biometric data) through this website. Please do not send such data in forms or messages.

4. International transfers
This website is hosted on DigitalOcean cloud servers in Singapore, and some service providers (e.g. Cloudflare, Google, Meta and AICA group companies in Singapore) may process data on servers outside Thailand. Where this happens we ensure appropriate safeguards as required by the PDPA.
5. Retention
- Contact form messages: 2 years from receipt, or for the duration of our business relationship.
- Quotation, sales and accounting records: as required by Thai accounting and tax law.
- Server logs: up to 1 year, unless needed to investigate security incidents.
- After the retention period we delete, destroy or anonymise the data.

7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS encryption, restricted back-office access for authorised staff, Cloudflare protection and backups. No internet system is completely secure; if a breach risks your rights we will notify the authority and you as required by law.
8. Minors and third-party links
This website is not directed at minors. If you are under 20, please have a parent or guardian act for you. Our site may link to third-party websites that have their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for them.
